PROOFREADING AND TYPESETTING
Craig Farham has fifteen years science teaching and research
experience at undergraduate, post graduate and high school level.
He also spent over a decade in the IT and Internet industries,
developing database, hypertext and multimedia applications in the
UK and Canada, and working as content manager and later
marketing research manager at the first commercial web portal in
South Africa. He has a PhD in Physiology.
Bridget Farham has worked as a research biologist, medical doctor,
editor and writer in the UK, Canada and South Africa. She is currently
editor of numerous academic and consumer health magazines, and
has extensive experience editing academic and school books for the
South African and international markets. She has a PhD in Zoology
and an MBChB.
John Moss has over thirty years experience in the printing industry,
having worked as a typesetter, photo lithographer, DTP operator,
compositor, proofreader and designer for magazines, book publishers
and commercial newspapers in South Africa and the UK. He has
represented South Africa on numerous occasions as a track cyclist,
and is a regular contributor to health and fitness web sites and
magazines.
